Selecting a bicycle helmet!
A bicycle helmet should fit snug and comfortable. It should not tip forward or backward when properly secured and should be level from the front to the back. The front of the helmet should measure approximately two fingers above the eyebrows. You may use adjustable foam pads to get the best fit. The front and rear straps should meet just below your ear and the chinstrap should be just snug enough.
